I've discovered a new breafast favorite since I can no longer have my quick and easy microwavable oatmeal. Yes, oatmeal is naturally gluten free but it is usually processed in a plant with wheat and is likely to have wheat in it. So now, I turn to a yummy bowl of Buckwheat Hot Cereal. Here is how I make it:
1/4 C buckwheat hot cereal (I use Hodgen's gluten free)
1 1/4 C almond milk (or milk of your choice)
2 dropper full English Toffee Stevia (liquid)
1 banana

Mix buckwheat and milk in a medium bowl, add in the English toffee sweetner. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and add in banana, cut into pieces. Microwave for 2 more minutes and allow to cool for a minute. Enjoy!
